KL88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the kl88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. kl88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a MyKad or passport) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active KL88 account. Owning multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice, with all balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your KL88 account password and login credentials confidential. KL88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the KL88 support team immediately.

Account Transfer: A KL88 account is the exclusive property of the registered member and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that show no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. KL88 reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 on inactive accounts, or to close them after an appropriate notice period.

KL88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. KL88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and may be subject to further investigation.

KL88 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any deposit deemed suspicious or linked to money laundering activity. In line with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy, we may request supporting documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

Kl88 members may withdraw real funds (including eligible winnings) to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method used must match or be related to the original deposit method, in order to prevent money laundering.
• All wagering requirements associated with a bonus balance must be met before any portion of that balance can be withdrawn.
• KL88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents (e.g. bank statements or transaction screenshots) to verify withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Withdrawal processing times vary according to your account's VIP tier — from as fast as 15 minutes for Diamond and Elite members, to up to 24 business hours for new accounts still undergoing full verification. KL88 is not liable for any delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet operator.

If your withdrawal is rejected or frozen pending investigation, the kl88 support team will contact you via your registered email address or phone number within 48 hours with further details.

KL88 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically between 10x and 35x the bonus value) that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days) will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one active bonus is permitted at any one time. Accepting a new bonus while another is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited, depending on the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Win Cap: Some bonuses carry a maximum win cap. Any winnings above this cap derived from gameplay using bonus funds may be reduced to the stated limit.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: KL88 actively monitors bonus usage to identify patterns indicative of abuse. Accounts found to be exploiting bonuses improperly may be terminated and all bonus balances forfeited.

The KL88 VIP Rewards Programme, which comprises five tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite), has its own terms and conditions available on the VIP Rewards. VIP tier status is subject to change based on gaming activity during the designated evaluation period.

All games on the KL88 platform — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, lottery, keno, and Sports Betting — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All RNG-based game results are final once displayed. No requests to replay or cancel a bet will be entertained after a game round has concluded.
• For Live Casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack — results announced by the live dealer are final, subject to the official dispute procedure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, KL88 will endeavour to restore your bet to its pre-disruption state or void the bet in question depending on the circumstances. No compensation exceeding the original stake amount will be provided on the grounds of technical disruption.
• The use of automated bots, unauthorised third-party assistance software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

KL88 reserves the right to void bets or winnings obtained as a result of a clear technical error or system malfunction, even if credits have already been applied to your account. In such cases, KL88 will refund your original stake amount as fair compensation.

As a KL88 member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible and respectful manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited across all areas of the KL88 platform, including in-game chat functions:

• Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at other players or KL88 staff.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to access your account.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.
• Engaging in player-to-player agreements to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Money laundering or using the KL88 platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Spreading false information about the kl88 platform that could damage our reputation.

KL88 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating this code of conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended to protect the integrity of the platform. Investigation findings are final in all matters relating to the KL88 platform.

Closure by Member: You may close your KL88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard policy. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will expire upon closure.

Closure by kl88: KL88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account with or without prior notice if:

• A proven or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is detected.
• Multiple account ownership has been confirmed.
• Inaccurate or false registration information is discovered.
• Legal proceedings or requests from relevant authorities.
• The security of the platform or other members is at risk.

In the event of account closure by KL88 due to a breach, all account balances including any pending withdrawals may be forfeited. KL88's decision in such matters is final, subject to the official complaints process outlined herein.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, kl88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the failure or interruption of internet or telecommunications services beyond our control.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers we rely on (including e-wallet operators and banks) that result in transaction delays or failures.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by members as a result of using the platform.
• Any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

KL88's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the submission of the claim.

Gaming involves financial risk. KL88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members during gameplay. You place bets at your own risk and are fully responsible for all gaming decisions you make.
